The accounting in the Bank complies in all material respects with Federal Law No 129-FZ On Accounting dated November 21, 1996. The applied accounting procedures, within the sampling, comply with the Russian Federation applicable laws and the normative acts of the Bank of Russia. The rules for maintaining accounting records are specified in the duly approved Accounting Procedure.
The accounting provides the required information on state and flow of the Bank’s property, funds, other assets, liabilities, funds, expenditures and income, and the financial activity results.
In our opinion financial (accounting) statements of Commercial Bank “Severo-Vostochny Alliance” (Joint-Stock Company) correctly represent financial position as per December 31, 2009 and results of its financial and business activities from January 1 to December 31, 2009 including and comply with requirements of law of the Russian Federation to the extent of preparation of financial (accounting) statements.
